Terms & Conditions
Commercial terms that apply to quotations, orders and shipments unless superseded by a signed contract.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to production availability, freight rates and currency movement at the time of order confirmation.
Orders
Orders are confirmed against a signed proforma invoice and receipt of the agreed advance or letter of credit.
Inspection
Pre-dispatch inspection reports are shared before container sealing. Buyer-appointed third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
Delivery
Lead times are indicative and measured from order confirmation. Delays caused by force majeure, port congestion or vessel rollovers are outside our control.
Claims
Shade, dimension, surface and breakage claims must be raised with photographic evidence within the period stated in the order confirmation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Morbi, Gujarat, unless otherwise agreed in the sale contract.
